SERVICES OF THE EMPLOYEE COUNSELING PROGRAM:

Counseling Services
Counseling services include individual, marital, family and/or group therapy with persons ranging in age from preschool to the elderly, who may struggle with any number of work, marital/family or personal difficulties. The following would be an example of those problems most often dealt with through our Employee Counseling Program:

  • marital/family problems
  • substance abuse problems
  • parent-child conflicts
  • depression/anxiety
  • children's special needs

Educational Services
Educational services include small or large seminar presentations on a variety of subjects related to the family or work setting. Examples of such areas might be:

  • parenting/family life
  • conflict resolution skills
  • stress management
  • communication skills

Consultation Services
Consultation services are designed to meet the unique needs of each organization. They include such issues as problem solving between a counselor and management personnel about an individual employee concern, small group training meetings with managers on specialty topics, and psychological testing for personnel selection decisions.
